University of Lincoln Academy Trust (UOLAT) has a defined approach to managing its academies and is explicit in the underlining approach that Principals should apply when providing excellent education.

University of Lincoln Academy Trust works to enhance the aspirations, educational opportunities and attainment of children and young people across south Lincolnshire and its surrounds. By working collectively and cooperatively across its academies, the Trust seeks to add value and achieve the synergies that a multi-academy trust can bring. All the Trust’s academies are expected to uphold its mission, values and curriculum intent, whilst maintaining a high degree of local autonomy. The core operational principles are applied across the Trust, subject to adjustment only in case of significant underperformance.
